Okay, so unless you’ve been living under a rock (if so, how are you reading this?) then you probably know that the newest Harry Potter flick, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince comes out tomorrow. However, you probably did not know that I am a HP fan, and that I’m sitting here at a drive-in theater on my mother’s iPhone in a Death Eater mask, anxiously awating the midnight arrival of said film. You shall recieve a review of the film tomorrow and you also be graced with the TERRIFYING sight of me in said mask. If you haven’t noticed already, I like saying “said” a lot.

4 days to Big Surf. I repeat: 4 days to Big Surf. Look at trailer. Now.

If you look at around the :25 second mark, you can see a giant donut. It is frosted with chocolate. And it has sprinkles. Every time I go to a real Dunkin’ Donuts, I get that exact donut! Criterion Games must somehow know that I play their game, for they have inserted traces of me into the thing. Don’t believe me? There’s this ad that was on TV about a year ago that showed a bunch of cars drifting in a spiral parking deck. Now I can be in one of those cars.

I like getting out of the ordinary life and going places. Preferably places that can be considered paradises. Come on, it’s an ISLAND with jumpable lighthouses! Jumpable lighthouses! You can’t help but be excited for that! I’m tapping my foot violently just in my excitement! So now that I have that aspect of my rant over with, let’s move on to this car. But it’s not a car. No, no, you can’t even describe it with any word that Merriam or Webster put in that book they call a “dictionary”. They had to come up with a new-fangled word just for vehicles of this variety.

A new-fangled vehicular machine for a new-fangled island made just for new-fangled vehicular machines of the sort.

It’s the Carson Dust Storm. And it’s a dune buggy monster truck truggy. Yes, that’s the word. Truggy. Here’s the definition, according to Wikipedia:

A truggy or truggie is a specialized off-road vehicle. Truggy is a portmanteau (word mash-up) of the words truck and buggy.

I don’t know how they got to spelling it truggie. That sounds nerdy. That is not a nerdy vehicle. That is AWESOMENESS.

And finally, my suffering of BPWS (see last post) continues. BPWS has been affecting me, and like I said before, taking over my life. I think of jumping through donuts when we go to Dunkin’s and Krispy Kreme. Just today I thought of the Carson Hot Rod when I saw an old hot rod of the same variety.

Sigh. Since Conan isn’t on tonight, I guess I’ll just watch Shane Dawson on YouTube until I fall asleep at the wheel. G’night.

Okay, so I haven’t played Burnout Paradise for about 2 weeks now. That is a very bad thing. I think I’m suffering from BPWS. That stands for Burnout Paradise Withdrawal Syndrome. It’s crazy. All this time I have for summer vacation, and what have I been doing? I’ve been sleeping. Yeah, that’s right, sleeping. Presumably because of my new thing about liking this guy that’s apparently been on television for 15 16 years, but just got a new show.

Yes, that’s right. It is Conan O’Brien. And yes, he is very funny. And, finally, to that guy in the back, YES, that caption is true. But let me get back to my point here: I hate the fact that I haven’t played Burnout since Brian came to my house 2 weeks ago. (Bri, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU. That day was awesome and you are a GOD at Burnout Paradise.)

But alas, I shall stop this period of sadness and strife on Thursday. Big Surf Island comes out that day, and I am buying it the first chance I get and playing it until it wears dry (read: NEVER). If you don’t know what the heck I’m talking about, then A) You’ve clearly been living under a rock for A YEAR NOW, and B) you need to watch this.

More crap about Big Surf as the days wind down, and until then, stay gold, be funny, and keep watching that guy up there’s new show. (Weeknights @ 11:35 on NBC)

P.S. If I do end up stopping my playing of Big Surf Island, I’m going to be the same age that that guy up there is now. (46, by the way).

P.S.S. Don’t get Brian confused with Conan O’Brien. There’s a difference.

So now that we’ve broken down what’s happened from May 7th, 2008 to May 12th, 2009, I guess you must be wondering about what will happen now that the blog’s one. Well, what do parents try to do to their babies when they get older? Make them better people, that’s what. Trespeak is going to do just that.

*Trespeak Thursdays, the long-in-development podcast on Trespeak that will change how you look at this site forever. Oh, and you’ll also get to hear me speak! Get it? Tre-speak? Yeah, it was a bad joke.

*After six months of development, the currently unnamed new look of Trespeak will make its world premiere! Yay!

*More posts. Expect one per week, or if I feel like it, maybe two. (There will be two today, due to the new look beta)
