The Friday Tack: iPhone 3G launches, crowds form like crazy

Every Friday, a new feature called the Friday Tack shows you what’s popular this Friday and what you actually want to care about. The Tack is posted twice every Friday.

This is the phone of the day, or maybe even the year, since after all, it’s an even faster iPhone than before. I’ve already seen plenty of phones this year, but none of them have lived up to the hype that the iPhone 3G is enjoying currently.

 Whether it’s in Chicago,Tokyo,

or even in New Zealand

this phone is on its high horse today and having a great ride.
